The Alan Russell Foundation has a core Mission Statement to Design, Build and Create affordable housing facilities for people who are mobility compromised with handicapped disabilities and mental health challenges, requiring innovative solutions to raise their standard of care and quality of living.

Alan is in need of a specialized housing environment that addresses his needs for wheelchair access, sleeping care, crane lifts, elevators, food specialization, and personal care accommodation with around the clock nurses and caregivers.
The Alan Russell Foundation – Housing Initiative is a dynamic confluence of Funding Initiatives, Design-Build criteria and conceptualization and construction of revolutionary and unique housing solutions. This affordable housing directive is for Alan Russell and many other persons with disabilities and mental health challenges that require a specialized and unique housing paradigm.
Contractors Depot
The Alan Russell Foundation – Housing Initiative is being executed by Contractors Depot – a coalition of professional experts in their trades who have come together in a unified Design-Build protocol, creating specialized housing accommodation for disabled, handicapped persons and people struggling with mental health challenges.
Contractors Depot consists of general contractors and trades in all areas of construction including Architectural Design, Foundations and Framing, Carpentry, Painting, Electrical, Security and Communications, Plumbing and HVAC, Roofing, Flooring, Bricklaying, Stucco and Glazing. The Contractors Depot Team is a unified coalition of specialized trades to design, construct and build affordable housing for mobility compromised persons and mental health challenges.
